Changed Password but Still Not Working

It Happens.  Although rare, your account can become locked and the only way to resolve it is to contact the Helpdesk.  Try these steps below first.  If you still need help click the Request Service Button in the upper right corner and submit form.

• Use only Chrome, Firefox or Edge Browsers.   Safari is not a recommended Browser.
• Clear your saved DeSales Passwords - click the link.  Don't forget to hold down your ctrl or Command button
• Clear your Cache and Cookies 

DeSales is a Microsoft (windows) friendly campus.   Macs struggle at times, but do take a little longer to sync.   Allow up to an hour and restart your computer.
