- Multi-Factor Authentication - MFA Required for all Staff and Faculty. You will not be able to access your Account without it. Complete instructions can be found in Knowledge Base or Services
- If you have another Microsoft 365 account, use a dedicated Browser for DeSales and another for your other account. Otherwise, you will be in a continuous loop trying to access all of your Applications.
- Recommended Browsers - DeSales is a Microsoft-based University.
- Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are the recommended Browsers. Safari does not cooperate well with our IT security and internal DSU resources. Please do not use Safari.
