How to Reset your Password (this process is required every 6 months)
- Go back to the MyDSU page. Select the Reset password here link.
- Enter your username -
- For Students - usernames are the characters before the @desales.edu - ab1234@desales.edu) your initials and the last 4 of ID#
- For Staff/Faculty - usernames are in the format lastnamefirstinitial ( example: John Doe - doej )
- Answer your 3 security questions (if you miss them 3 times, you will be locked out).
- Create your new password. Password must be at least 12 characters, 1 Upper, 1 lower case, 1 number OR symbol. Ignore the Unicode requirement. It is not needed.
DO NOT USE any part of your name, phone number, address, or personal information. Although rare, sometimes the new password does not work. This is typically due to using information against the DeSales network policy.
