Process to reset your password. You must first Enroll before having the ability to reset your password.

Enter your DeSales email and captcha letters (see example below)

Enter your Authentication Method

You may be asked to select method again, follow the process

Select your new password using the following guideline

password must meet the following requirements:

• Must contain at least 12 characters
• Must meet at least 3 of the following character requirements
  • Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter
  • Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter
  • Must contain at least 1 digit
  • Must contain at least 1 special character
• Must not contain your username
• Must not repeat any of your previous 12 passwords
