What is Self-Service Password Reset? Why should you use it?
This service allows the user to change or reset their password without assistance from the Helpdesk.
Since we are not 24/7 hours of operation, on weekends and after normal working hours you will have no way to access your accounts.
**If you do not have a working Password, please contact the Helpdesk**
Enrollment Instructions
1. Navigate to MyDSU (Do not sign in). If you are already signed in log out
2. Select the Enroll Here link
3. Enter your User name and password (username is NOT your full email address)
- STUDENTS: Usernames are the characters before the @desales.edu (ab1234 ab1234@desales.edu) typically your initials and last 4 of ID#
- PASSWORD: If you do not know your password, stop and contact the helpdesk.
- FACULTY/STAFF: Usernames will be the same username (Account Name) as you would log directly into other applications. smithj jack.smith@DeSales.edu
4. Please select and complete the 3 questions.
5. Click the “show answers” to display your answers. Take a picture of your questions and answers.
6. Congratulations! You are now enrolled in the Password Reset Program.
