Log into Microsoft ( https://login.microsoftonline.com ) Select your DeSales email or log in with your DeSales email and password
If you are already signed in, you will see example below
Select Next
Although Microsoft Authenticator is the default option, it is recommended
you select Phone or Email (skip down to next instruction)
For the phone or email option
Select: I want to set up a different method (see above)
Select your method of choice. You will receive a 6 digit code
Enter the 6 digit code to verify
You have completed your method to Authenticate your email account
