- Knowledge Base provides access to information and self-help articles.
- System Status arrows are green in normal operations, red for important messages.
- Working hours and contact information for the Helpdesk.
- Popular self help articles for Students.
- Popular self help articles for Faculty.
- Popular self help articles for Staff.
- Submit a service request ticket.
- Chat live with a helpdesk tech during working hours.
Submitting a Service Ticket

- Click on Submit Ticket button.
- Fill out the form in its entirely, providing as much information as possible. Upload a screenshot when helpful.
- Click submit.
