  1. Search bar tool used to search the portal site for services and knowlege base articles.
  2. Sign in link for users to authenticate using their DeSales credentials.
  3. Home link to return to this home screen.
  4. Service displays the Service Catalog.
  5. Knowledge Base provides access to information and self-help articles.
  6. System Status arrows are green in normal operations, red for important messages.
  7. Working hours and contact information for the Helpdesk.
  8. Popular self help articles for Students.
  9. Popular self help articles for Faculty.
  10. Popular self help articles for Staff.
  11. Submit a service request ticket.
  12. Chat live with a helpdesk tech during working hours.

Submitting a Service Ticket


  1. Click on Submit Ticket button.
  2. Fill out the form in its entirely, providing as much information as possible.  Upload a screenshot when helpful.
  3. Click submit.
