When user recieves this message
Uninstall your current version of Zoom.
Go into settings in the bottom left corner of your computer. Should be a gear icon.
Go to apps. Go to the bottom of the next window and you will see the Zoom app.
Left-click on it. Uninstall. Allow the uninstaller to process until the window disappears.
To install the updated version of Zoom -
Go to - https://desales.Zoom.us/download
Click on “Download for IT Admin” on the upper right.
Choose the “Download MSI” under Zoom client for meetings.
Go to your File Explorer – Find Download Folder – Double-Click ZoomInstallerFULL
Please launch Zoom from your Desktop or the Start Menu
Click on Sign-in > Click on SSO at the bottom left
Where it says Company Domain type DeSales
Then click “Continue”
Sign in at the DeSales Portal window that pops up.
Click to Allow this always site to OPEN ZOOM
