If you do not have an active account: In order for you to have access to Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Acrobat Pro Version, you will need to submit a service ticket. Click the Request Service Button on the upper right and submit form.
Once an account is created and a license has been applied you should be able to sign into the account after downloading the software and will then have access to that requested application.
If you have an active license but cannot access account: You will need to register an Adobe account using your DeSales e-mail address.
These credentials are NOT tied to your MyDSU login.
