Cannot Access Brightspace

Brightspace must be accessed by going through the MyDSU Portal

  • Log into www.desales.edu   On the top right of the web page select the link MyDSU
  • Once in the Portal, scroll down and select the D2L Brightspace link on the right column under Applications
  1. First time users may be asked to sign into Microsoft.  Sign in with your DeSales email and follow the process through the DeSales verification.
  2. If successful, you will enter Welcome to Brightspace
  • NEVER try to access D2L Brightspace without going directly through the MyDSU

If you are still not able to access Brightspace, you have something else going on and you need to submit a Service Request (upper right button)
