My ID Card Won't Let Me In To The Printer

If you are tapping your ID Card at the printer and it is not working then please confirm the following: 

 

On the printer the following screen should be displaying before you tap your ID Card: 

 

If you do NOT see this screen then the following screen may be showing instead, this is due to a bad scan which can result if you have your old ID card next to your new ID card:

 

If this screen is showing then please press the arrow on the upper left-hand corner to revert back to the correct screen on the printer and attempt to scan your ID Card again

Please make sure when you tap your card to the printer, you do NOT have your old ID card next to the new ID Cards (Red for Staff/Faculty , Blue for Students)***
