Printers Not Showing on MacBook, iPhone, or iPad

If you do not see the PawPrintBW or PawPrintColor printer options when trying to add a printer, please check the following setting:

On Mac devices:

1. Click the Apple icon (top-left corner).
2. Go to System Settings (or System Preferences).
3. Select Wi-Fi.
4. Click the three dots next to the DeSales network.
5. Choose Network Settings.
6. Toggle off “Limit IP Address Tracking.”

After completing these steps, the PawPrintBW and PawPrintColor printers should appear in your list of available printers.
