Deadline to submit Medical information to Medicat is Aug 1, 2024. Any student who is a traditional day student who does not have access please contact the Helpdesk for further assistance.
If students are under ANY category other than traditional day (Graduate programs, Adult Day, ACCESS, Doctorate programs) they must reach out to the Health and Wellness Center as those students should not be uploading forms to Medicat.
