Zoom access in Brightspace (Faculty)

If you are receiving this error, follow the steps below

• Navigate to https://desales.zoom.us/ and Sign In with your DeSales Credentials
• Configure your account as a first step.  
• Navigate to the MyDSU Portal and access Brightspace
• Go to their course Zoom tab.  
• If Unsuccessful, refresh the page and/or log out of Brightspace and then log back in.
