RESNET Access Guide
RESNET gives you access to local resources like the MyDSU Portal and the Internet. Here’s what you need to know:
Wireless Connection
- Use your personal computer to connect.
- Join the DESALES wireless network.
- Register your device with your MyDSU username and password.
Wired Connection
- Each residence hall room has one Ethernet port.
- Ideal for devices without Wi-Fi, like desktop computers or gaming systems.
DeSales Entertainment Network
- For gaming and streaming media devices.
- Connection requires a Help Desk request.
Need Help?
- Most connections are easy, but if you have issues:
- After submitting a request, IT Staff will assist you.
- Note: IT Staff do not support student-owned hardware or software.
- Student workers in the Academic Computing Center (ACC, Dooling Hall) offer best-effort assistance during some evening hours.
