Faculty can provide their availability for office hours and allow students to book appointments. Departments can schedule appointments with internal and external community members for a center, project or group. A department chair or administrator could create an office hours calendar with slots for multiple faculty members. How do I start using Bookings? Any actively enrolled student or currently employed staff or faculty member can create their own Bookings page. To get started: Login in to Office 365 with your DSU email and password. Click All Apps, then Bookings. You can now see a 120 day view (60 days past and 60 days future) of your Booking calendar in a TSV file. TSV files are tab separated value files. You can view or edit a file like this with any text editor or spreadsheet program, such as Excel. The file contains a row for each event on the booking calendar for the previous 60 days, and the upcoming 60 days. Each row includes the date and time info for the event, customer name, customer email, customer phone number, customer address, staff assigned, service selected, location, and appointment duration. How do I sync my Outlook Calendar with Microsoft Bookings? To sync a user's personal Microsoft 365 work calendar with Bookings, you'll need to turn this on for each staff member from the Staff page in Bookings.
