Joining TEAMS Meeting -Faculty

TEAMS Meeting Instructions (Best Results)

To ensure the best experience during your TEAMS meeting, please follow these steps:

1. Log into MyDSU

  • Access Brightspace
  • Select your course

2. Launch the Teams+ app from the blue navigation bar

  • Sign in and authenticate
  • Select meetingsUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Locate the desired schedule meeting and join
  • Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Open the TEAMS app (do not use the browser version)
  • Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Please confirm that when teams launches, that you are logged in under your DeSales account by selecting the profile thumbnail on the top right of the window

3. Join the Meeting

  • Select “Join Now”
  • Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     

Important for Adjuncts

If you plan to record your session:

  • You must manually start the recording at each meeting
  • Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
