If you do not have an active account:
To gain access to Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Acrobat Pro, you must submit a ticket request for access. Once your account is created and a license is applied, you can download the software, sign in, and start using the requested application.
If you have an active license but cannot access your account:
You must register an Adobe account using your DeSales email address.
Note: These credentials are not tied to your MyDSU login.
If you do not remember your Adobe account password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
