1. Register Your Student ID

1. Confirm you have your student ID.
2. Tap your ID on any shared printer below the screen where it says “Tap ID Here.”
3. Enter your DSU credentials on the screen:
   • Use your FULL DSU e-mail address
   • Enter the same password you use for MyDSU
4. Your ID is now registered in the system.
5. Add the following print queues to your printer choices:
   • PawPrintBW (Black & White)
   • PawPrintColor (Color — Trexler Library only)

2. Connect Your MacBook to DSU Wi-Fi

• Ensure you are connected to DeSales Wi-Fi, NOT the guest network.
• Open this setup link: http://cvprint21:9163/setup

3. Install the Printers

1. Download the printer installer.

2. Run the installer and follow the prompts.

3. When prompted to select printers, select both printers to install them.

4. If you are prompted for a username and password:

   • Enter your DSU credentials.

   • Do not use your computer username and password.

   • Check Remember password in my keychain.

5. Complete the installation and verify that both printers are available.

4. Printing

• Print as usual: File → Print → Choose Printer
• PawPrintBW: Black & white at any student printer
• PawPrintColor: Color only at Trexler Library

If you see “Hold For Authentication”:

• Click the refresh button → enter MyDSU e-mail & password → check “save to your keychain.”

5. Releasing Print Jobs

1. Go to any shared printer (Color printing only at Trexler Library)
2. Tap your ID → Select Print Release
3. Choose the job → Click Print
4. After printing → Select Logout (top right)

• Trexler Library – 1st Floor Lobby & 2nd Floor Main Library
• Wills Hall – Room 120
