The deadline to submit medical information through Medicat for the Fall semester is the first week of August.
Traditional day students who do not have access to Medicat should contact the Helpdesk for assistance.

Click on “More Apps”

Scroll down and select “Medicat”
Within Medicat, students will find the required forms and instructions for submitting completed documents.
Students enrolled in any program other than Traditional Day — including Graduate Programs, Adult Day, ACCESS, and Doctorate programs — should contact the Health and Wellness Center directly. These students should not upload forms to Medicat.
