The default display setting for the podium computers on campus is the Duplicate setting (same image on monitor and projector). However, in many classrooms, this can be changed to the Extended setting, which some instructors prefer because they like to have one display (ie. projector) show something different than the other display (ie. podium monitor). Switching to the extended setting is perfectly fine, but we’re asking that you switch the display settings back to duplicate before signing out and exiting.
How to change the display settings to duplicate or extend (Hold down the Windows Key and P) or
Click the Start menu at the bottom-left corner of your desktop and launch the Control Panel by clicking Settings > System > Display.
Scroll down until you see Multiple displays. Select Duplicate these displays, and then apply.
