Installing a Printer on Mac

Step 1: Company Portal Setup

If NOT enrolled:

• Install the Company Portal first
  Click here to get started

If already enrolled:

• Continue below

Step 2: Sign Into Company Portal

1. Open Company Portal
   • Found in:
     • Dock
     • Applications folder
2. Sign in with your account

Step 3: Install Sharp Printer Driver

1. At the top, click Apps
2. Locate the Sharp Printer Installer
3. Click it, then click Install

When complete, the button will change to Reinstall

Step 4: Open Printer Settings

1. Click the Apple menu (top-left)
2. Select:
   • System Settings (newer macOS)
   • System Preferences (older macOS)
3. Click Printers & Scanners

Step 5: Add a Printer

1. Click the + (plus) button
2. Click the IP tab (globe icon)

Step 6: Enter Printer Information

Fill in the following:

• Address: Printer IP address 147.106.1.107
• Queue: Printer queue name (see list below)
• Name: Same as queue name

Step 7: Select Printer Driver

1. Next to Use, select:
   • Select Software
2. Choose the correct printer model
3. Click Add
4. Enter your Mac password if prompted

Step 8: Configure Options

• Check all available checkboxes
• Click OK

Your printer should now be installed and available
