Viewing D2L Quiz Attempts with the LockDown Browser

Instructors may require students to use the Respondus LockDown Browser to view Brightspace quiz attempts.
Note: If LockDown Browser is required, attempting to view a quiz in a standard browser will display:
“To view your results, you must use the Respondus LockDown Browser.”
Important Notes
- Quiz attempts cannot be accessed through the LockDown Browser if it is launched as a standalone application.
- The only method to view a quiz attempt requiring LockDown Browser is via the following steps.
Steps to Access a Quiz Attempt
- Login to Desire2Learn (D2L) using a standard browser.
- Navigate to your course, then select Quizzes.
- Locate the quiz in the list and click On Attempt under Evaluation Status.
- On the next page, click Launch LockDown Browser.
- Once the LockDown Browser has launched, select the link for the individual attempt to see released information.
Tip: Trying to access the quiz attempt via Class Progress will not work if LockDown Browser is required.
