Connecting to Wi-Fi on a Chromebook

Setup Instructions

1. Open Wi-Fi settings and select “desales”
2. Set EAP Method to PEAP
3. Set Phase 2 Authentication to MSCHAPV2
4. Set CA Certificate to Do not check
5. In Domain, enter: desales.edu
   • Must be all lowercase
6. In Identity, enter your username
   • Example: jd0165
7. Enter your MyDSU password
8. Click Connect

If You Are Unable to Connect

If the connection fails, try the following instead of Step 6:

In Identity, enter your full email address:
yourusername@desales.edu

Notes

• Ensure all entries are typed correctly
• The domain must be lowercase
• Retry connecting if it does not work the first time
