This often resolves issues within TEAMS. This will wipe the Teams cache and reset the application. A possible solution to fix issues where devices would not function with the teams app.
Please try the following, go to your Start/Windows button on the bottom left -> Choose Settings -> then go to Apps -> Scroll down to Microsoft Teams and click on it -> Choose Advanced Options -> Scroll down and click the Reset button
