🔐 Set Up Microsoft Authenticator for Your DeSales Account

🧭 Step 1: Sign In

Go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com

• Select your DeSales email, or

• Enter your DeSales email + password

👉 If you're already signed in, continue to the next step.

➡️ Step 2: Begin Setup

• Click Next

• Microsoft Authenticator will be shown as the recommended method

👉 Click Next again

📱 Step 3: Prepare the Authenticator App

You’ll be prompted to set up your account in the app.

• Click Next

• Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone

• Tap the QR code icon (bottom-right corner)

• Scan the QR code displayed on your computer

✅ Step 4: Confirm Setup

• Your DeSales University account should now appear in the app

• On your computer, click Next

🔢 Step 5: Verify Your Identity

• A two-digit number will appear on your computer

• Enter that number in the Authenticator app

✔️ You’ll see a confirmation message once successful

• Click Done

🔁 Alternative Method (If You Can’t Use the App)

📞 Use Your Phone Instead

• Click Set up a different way to sign in

• Select Phone

• Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone

🎉 You're All Set!
