What You Need To Do
With the new system, our first priority is making sure everyone gets paid properly. We have focused on getting people imported and getting the pay information correct. It is important to have everyone login and confirm the information that impacts pay – direct deposit, tax withholdings, and address. Once we have all of this confirmed, we will then focus on Leave balances and more detailed training on the system.
Paycor Drop-In Sessions
We will be hosting 30-minute Paycor Drop-In sessions in Dooling 14D (basement level by stairwell closest to parking lot):
- Wednesday, January 8 from 7 AM until 9:30 AM (7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00)
- Thursday, January 9 from 7 AM until 8:30 AM (7:00, 7:30, 8:00) and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM (2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00)
- Friday, January 10 from 9 AM until 12 PM (9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30)
Getting Started
You will receive an email from the Paycor system with a link to create your account. You will need to complete a few pieces of information to activate your account. The following video can serve as a guide to creating your account:

If you have issues creating your account do not contact HR or the Helpdesk – please stop by the Paycor Drop-In sessions.
